Experience:

Mr. Mann handles all aspects of family law matters, including divorce, spousal and child support, custody and premarital agreements. He accepts both traditional litigation and collaborative law cases. Mr. Mann is an American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Fellow and is past president of the Kansas Bar Association Family Law Section. He is experienced in cases involving closely-held business interests. He is a shareholder of Evans & Mullinix and chairs the firm’s Family Law Practice Group. Mr. Mann practices throughout Northwest Missouri and Northeast Kansas.
