Experience:

Mr. Wallace has more than 40 years experience representing individuals, small and large companies and charitable organizations in legal issues relating to bankruptcy, commercial and general litigation and workers compensation.  He represents debtors as well as creditors in a full array of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings.  Mr. Wallace has been with Evans & Mullinix since 1982 and has been the firm’s Managing Partner since 1999.  He began his legal career by providing civil services to indigent persons at Wyandotte Kansas Legal Services, which became Kansas Legal Services, where he served as Deputy Director.
