Mr. Wallace has over 35 years of experience representing individuals, small and large companies and charitable organizations in legal issues relating to bankruptcy, commercial and general litigation and workers' compensation. He represents debtors as well as creditors in a full array of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings. Recently, he represented Muehlberger Concrete Construction of Kansas City, Kansas in a successful Chapter 11 reorganization. Mr. Wallace has been with Evans & Mullinix since 1982 and has been the firm’s managing partner since 1999. He began his legal career by providing civil services to indigent persons at Wyandotte Kansas Legal Services, which turned into Legal Aid where he served as deputy director.
