Mr. Parks has over 35 years experience representing clients in the Kansas City metropolitan area in cases involving personal injury, contract and real estate disputes, and divorce/child support issues.  He has represented clients in state and federal courts, in matters tried to judges and jury-tried cases.  He assists all the attorneys in the firm with litigation issues arising out of the numerous legal situations faced by clients.
