Experience:

Mr. Gotham has over 10 years bankruptcy law experience and has personally handled hundreds of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases.  He regularly negotiates bankruptcy agreements for both businesses and individuals; and represents both debtors and creditors in a full array of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings.  Mr. Gotham also frequently appears in state and federal court in bankruptcy-related and other litigation.  Additionally, Mr. Gotham represents businesses in general corporate matters.
