Mr. Gotham has approximately ten years of bankruptcy law experience and has personally handled hundreds of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 cases. He regularly negotiates bankruptcy agreements for both businesses and individuals, and represents both debtors and creditors in a full array of Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings. Mr. Gotham also frequently appears in state and federal court in bankruptcy-related and other litigation. Additionally, Mr. Gotham represents businesses in general corporate matters.
